Thanks to the efficiency of its heat-diffusing base in three superimposed layers (induction stainless steel - aluminium - 18/10 stainless steel), this induction-compatible saucepan guarantees rapid, even heat distribution over the entire surface of the base, ensuring optimal cooking.
