All our sommeliers have a conical bit, which allows old bottles to be opened more delicately without breaking the corks which have become fragile over time. They are all presented with a protective leather case bearing the image of the wolf, our logo, tribute to Blaise Dozorme, founder of the house Claude Dozorme, whose nickname was “the Wolf”.
